Summary:
I received the stereo as a Mother's day gift from family because I listened to cd's constantly on a very old single play system. I loved it. The sound, the style, the romote. One day the ipod port stuck in open. No big deal. I didn't use it that much. Then one day when I was loading cd's it would not play. I opened it and began to unload it and it closed by itself and would not reopen. I tried to open it manually and it would not. Some days later I was listening to the radio, and the cd port opened by itself. I tried the remote and it would not close. I nudged it and it closed and has not been able to open since. I have not had it repaired yet because i'm so mad that I'm considering junking it rather than paying repairs on it. It breaks my heart because there are still some favorite cd's inside, and they are a great deal more important to me.
