Summary:
Merits: Dolby Pro Logic - fully featured (5 speakers included, 3ch mode) - great impression!
High quality 2-cassette deck (Dolby NR, auto search of space between tracks - great!)
High sensitivity tuner with 40 channel presets
Good reproduction of sound (synthetic woofers look and sound great, like in expensive speakers; wooden cabinets with low echo (most minisystems of this price have plastic cabinets))
High power - 2x60W in stereo mode, 2x60+25+2x12.5W in Dolby Prologic Mode (sounds really LOUD even at 60% of volume)
6 preset and 3 custom positions equalizer (great imitation of concert hall or stadium sound with rear speakers; sounds especially good with dance music)
subwoofer output

Demerits:
Too long time to exchange CDs in changer (and too loud)
No optical output
No microphone input and mix block
No RDS in tuner
Central speaker has a "telephone" sound - use "phantom" mode or replace.

I bought it a 1.5 monthes ago for $362 - great price even without Dolby Prologic, but you get true home cinema receiver in addition to good minisystem.

Summary:
This system is a very good buy for under $400. It has Dolby Pro Logic, 210 watts of total power, and 6 preset equalizer. Everything about it is good, except the bass system(I think it needs more bass) and the triple disc changer(it takes a bit too long for it to play from one disc to another). So add a powered sub and enjoy the sound.
