Summary:
I bought these looking for a compact set of speakers for a DVD player and color TV. I wasn't looking for 5.1 sound since my main set up is very good. This was for use in a small room and I just wanted reasonible sound. I was VERY impressed by the fidelity and the built-in subwoofer gave more than enough bass for the conditions. I went to buy a second pair last month and couldn't find them for sale ANYWHERE. I even looked at e-bay. These are by far the best speakers regardless of price in their class. I ended up paying $240 for a pair of Sony's that are not in the same class.

Strengths:
Fidelity Sub-woofer Easy controls Size Plenty of Watts Did I mention sound Cost - easily worth twice as much

Weaknesses:
Not available anywhere. (Honestly that the only drawback)
