Summary:
I feel this product is value for money. Comparing sets at similar price, this offers most of the operations on remote, Q-sound and features like timer and programmable recording.

The drawback of the system is it's CD top loading lock, which fails to get closed properly many times. One has to get a right balance to close it properly. The remote navigation is the other area, where its not friendly for the operation.

Ideal for one who is looking for replacment to simple two-in-one.

Summary:
I bought this system during the Christmas season for my office. I compared the features and sound quality to similiarly priced units from JVC, Panasonic and Sony. This unit had more features and a warmer sound quality (if that is possible for the price!). The equalizer settings are fine and the Q sound works well at the a low volume level (it's in my office - remember). Of course after I purchased the unit aiwa replaced it with a much more attractive one, but who knew.
