Krix Holographix

rating  2 of 5
Description: The Krix Holographix In Ceiling loudspeaker offers a high performance sound source, in a speaker design which is virtually invisible. This small speaker is a similar size to a normal household downlight and is very simple to install for the home handyman or professional installer.

Bottom Line:
Krix makes a number of great speakers, unfortunately , the holographix isn't one of them. The sound produced by these speakers are reminiscent of freebie computer speakers. The single driver is left in-charge to handle all frequencies and it simply fails to produce a decent sound(for the high price tag: $A325 a pair). If krix doesn't reduce the price by 60%, these speakers are grossly overpriced. Stick to the hemispherix or atmospherix if you want decent in-ceiling speakers from Krix.
