These cables sound very pleasant and realistic, even at their modest offering price on the used market.

I remember having a friend over about 2 years ago over - while they were in a modest system consisting of Audio Refinement and Martin Logan gear - and noticing just how "good instrument tonality" was. At that time I totally agreed.

With time, the curiosity bug bit me in the ass, and after trying out some more cables (which cost much more than the sigma's even used) I can say that i still think the Sigma interconnects were the first interconnects that taught me to appreciate music, instead of listening to a system critically. They do have that magical quality about them.

In another system, I preferred them to the nordost valhalla's. The kubala sosna emotion are in a different league altogether. Still, I would use the Sigma interconnects in a secondary system anytime.
