Summary:
Very good for everyday taping. Commercial Advance makes a one hour show 40 minutes after all the commercials are forwarded through in 10 seconds.

Very good in SP mode. This unit is made for RCA by Mat (Panasonic) and is very similar to one Panasonic model. I highly recommend this unit for everyday recording.

(This moronic posting software won't let me write the name of the Japanese company that makes them as it thinks the name is profanity. How ironic.)

Strengths:
Good in SP mode, Commercial Advance

Weaknesses:
Slow to stop when fast forwarding the tape
