Summary:
This is the best VCR I have ever owned. It was worked perfectly from day one without any problems. It has been a workhorse for 5 years now. I have worn out 3 other VCR's, but this just keeps going. Still has great picture after 1000's of hours of use. I use it to record TV shows that I want to keep and editing out the commercials.

Strengths:
Durability plus. Multi-function front display panel. Quick start/stop record mechanism.
