Summary:
Just wanted to tell you folks at Fisher that I have one of your TV's for 18 years and NOTHING has gone wrong with this TV.It's wondeful, I can't belive how good this TV has been all these years. All I can say is....WOW and keep up the great work. I"m thinking of buying a new TV with DVD and VHS together, Do you make one ,and how much does it cost? Thanks

Weaknesses:
none

Review NaN of , from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Price Paid:  $300.00 from A & B Sound

Summary:
This is a good little workhorse VCR. I told my wife when we bought it that it's probably the last one we would ever buy, as we'd be getting a DVD system soon (I was right).

For the first while, we had it hooked directly into the television. Once the DVD came along, we were pretty much forced (1 AV input on the rear of the TV) to either upgrade the TV or buy a receiver and SS speakers. We chose the latter.

All in all, a good unit.

Strengths:
RCA AV input on the front for plugging in a camcorder, fake rack feet if you're into the look, simple.

Weaknesses:
Same complaint I have about EVERY VCR - having to turn it off after programming a record session, so that the session takes. VERY stupid.

Similar Products Used:
Very old and klunky VCR that needed replacement. Panasonic, I think.
