Summary:
I've been a webtv user for about 8 yearsand have been using this RCA-RW2110 for aproximately 5 years. I have yet to have any problems with it. It lets me add video pictures from a VCR or Camcorder. I can use the camcorder mic to add 30 seconds of audio to an e-mail. It works equally as fast as my 1 year old computer fromCompac and doesn't get virus's at all. I have both on MSN service for one price and I do use the computer for computer program items, but I prefer the MSNTV service a lot better for it's ease of use and the ability to set back on my couch and see the big screen. And I don't walk away afterword with eye strain. I've been online for at least 6-7 hours straight on a couple occasions while working on my family tree and I never get tired. Although these days I use it mainly for e-mail use, I still go into the internet for searches. What a relief when the computer is in the shop, I can rely on the RW2110 to still be operational.

Strengths:
No failures, easy to use, no virus problems, it's as quick as any computer on a phone line. Sometimes quicker.

Weaknesses:
Doesn't support Java script.

Similar Products Used:
Phillips WebTv standard, it was somewhat slower with it's 28.8 modem.
