this system is ok for beginners, but the power you get and the brand name is a steal. Ive heard a lot better, but if you by the good speaker cables and set it up properly it will sound great.Sub is good for movies and dvds but lacks on music. It may go pretty deep but it wont go that loud. I have the sony 27 inch trinitron tv with s video switches, and when i play a dvd the sound and picture quality is amazing. Strengths:
