I purchased a RT 2390 500 Watt home theater receiver from Walmart. It is a really nice looking unit, the price was good, and the sound is great. I am very happy with the product. However, I find the instructions to be totally inadaquate for my needs. About the only info. was how to hook it up. I could have figured out that myself. But how to operate it and the remote control, is a mystery to me. I finally checked the web. RCA.com has nothing to help me. There was no phone # or web address to visit for help, and the inadaquate instructions had a "veiled threat" included. It roughly said that, if you call us, we will charge you. I certainly expected better from RCA. This is almost unbelievable- I NEED HELP, PLEASE!!!!! Strengths:
