Summary:
Great DVD player for the price. I was looking for a DVD player that could play DVD+R/w and DVD-R/w, and this certainly does that. It has played every single DVD that I've tried to watch with it. I do plan on getting a Harman Kardon DVD22 in addition to this player.

Strengths:
Compatible with multiple formats. Price. Decent Video/Audio Quality.

Weaknesses:
Slow operation, it takes a few seconds for commands to go through.

Summary:
This player is very picky on scratch. It does not play any DVD from Netflix. I had 6 disks from Netflix so far and it failed all of them. But it plays the DVDs I bought ok. There are no fast forward/backward buttons on the remote. You'll have to hold the Next/Pre chapter button. It also does not play VCD. When play DVD in 16:9, it does not send signal to the TV to adjust screen size automatically. You'll have do it manually.

Strengths:
Price. JPEG viewer. Good Menu. OK picture quality. Slim design.

Weaknesses:
Very pick on disk. Lame remote.
