from Best Buy Summary: This is actually my 2nd DVD player. I brough this DVD -player for my bed room. So far, I am still satisfied for the sound quality since DVD video is not that important for bed room. (IF I want to watch movie, I would like to use my system in my living room) The sound quality is good. With the same price, I was thinking to get Pinoeer since it offer 192KHz/24bit DAC. However, non of CD or DVD can reproduce such sound in my collection, non of my speakers can respone that much as well, and this unit is DVD vadio player only, it can't play DVD-A or SACD. So basic on those, I run to it for the style since I don't have so many place for it. As the picture quality, I am satisfied too. I never try it with my HDTV, instead of that, it is hooked up to a computer LCD display with built in TV turner and line in source. The picture is cool as well. With the price I paid, I think it is a good buy.
