Summary:
Great cd sound & dvd playback. No problem whatever with operation. Slow in initail disc reading. Does not to anything abruptly, slow but smooth operation. Works with outlaw 1050 remote but that remote cannot advance or select discs. May be the same with other remotes so I'm using two for now. Happy with the purchase.

Strengths:
Great sound and dvd playback. Smooth operation. Very quiet, auto shut down, restarts where stopped even when shut off.

Weaknesses:
slow disc change & read. Expensive generally.
