Price Paid:  $169.00 from QVC

Summary:
NICE LITTLE PACKAGE. DVD PLAYER WORKS GOOD ,GOOD PICTURE , NO PIXILATION OR DIGITIZING. SMOOTH LAYER CHANGES. COLORS BRIGHT AND CLEAR. YOU LOSE PICTURE QUALITY USING THE ZOOM FEATURE THOUGH. COAX OUTPUT GIVES GOOD DOLBY AND DTS SOUND.COMES WITH COMPONET, COMPOSITE AND "S" VIDEO OUTS TOO. CD PLAYER SIDE IS ALSO GOOD . VARITY OF MUSIC SOUNDED CLEAR AND SOMEWHAT LAID BACK. SOUND BETTRE THROUGH DIGITAL COAX OUTPUT. LOUDER TOO. THE VCR IS A STANDARD UNIT. IT TAPES NICELY AND PICKS THE BEST SPEED FOR PICTURE QUALITY AUTOMATICALY. REWIND TIME FOR A STANDARD TAPE ABOUT TWO MINIUTES. PALYBACK OF RETALS AND PURCHASED TAPES QUITE RESPECTABLE. MAY BE LAST VCR YOU WILL EVER NEED. HAS AUTO TRACKING ALSO. STAR OF THE SHOW FOR ME SO FAR IS THE DVD PLAYER SIDE. IT HAS HUNG UP ONCE WHEN I TURNED IT ON ALL I GOT WRER GREEN ZIGZAG LINES. HAD TO SHUT IT OFF TO RE-SET. BEEN FINE SINCE THIS HAPPEND. NOT A HIGH END PIECE OF EQUIPMENT BUT WILL BE GREAT FOR MOST PEOPLE.

Strengths:
COMBO, PICTURE , SOUND

Weaknesses:
NO OPTICAL OUTPUT, LITTLE REMOTE, CANT READ BUTTONS, CHEAP CABLES COME WITH IT
