Bottom Line:   
Model year is actually 2011. Have had this unit for close to 4 months. While I find the audio and video quality acceptable and like the youtube feature, I am extremely disappointed with the build quality and problems. First the unit shuts off randomly. When it happens, the front panel red LED blinks and blinks and blinks and the unit will not turn back on unless I unplug it and plug it back in. Second, the DVD drawer now rattles and vibrates when it closes. It's now at a local Marantz authorized service center but I have my doubts they'll be able to repair these problems. They weren't too optimistic when I brought it in. I'm sorry to say in my case, I think I bought a piece of junk. Extremely disappointed. I guess I'm stuck with it and wasted over $500.00 in less than 4 months. We'll see what happens. Don't waste your money.
