Strength:

Sound, quality, looks, comfortable....

Weakness:

They tend to fall of quite easy if you are running. They don't exactly stick to you head, so they are not exactly ideal for jogging etc.

Don't know what you guys are talking about -mosfet stage outputs, dolby digital decoder etc..-'cause these are headphones!! Anyway they are great, nice crispy clean sound, and good bass (deep), as well as good power handling.
They are worth getting if you want fairly cheap headphones, that put out good sound. Sensitivity is good, but I woulnd't recommend using them with mp3 players/discman and the rest because they need proper amplification (heardphone amp or simply normal headphone 'out' on an amplifier).
