NO WIRES

some static if you don't place it up high enough. I live in an apartment and have a little trouble going to the back room and still get reception.

Was unsure about purchasing Wireless vrs direct connect... I think they are a good buy as long as you pay under 75 dollars. That's still a bit expensive for static, but I am enjoying them. I don't have much to compare these cans, but I had to buy an adapter for my computer and an extension to place the transmitter up high on my desk.
