Review NaN of , from VA

Price Paid:  $30.00 from Crutchfield

Summary:
I'm very pleased with their performance. Don't buy them for their sound quality because it is decent but not anything to rave about. The sound is clean and they can play pretty loud but it lacks deep bass. They are great for excercising because try as you might you can't get these little guys to fall off. Very comfortable. I can fall asleep with them on. Perfect match for Sony MD players and MP3 players.

Strengths:
Small Size, they hold on to your ears, no annoying headband, stylish look and color and durabillity.

Weaknesses:
At high volumes I have found that the spring inside these headphones may begin to vibrate making an annoying sound.
The open design allows outside sound to drown out your music. Not good for listening in noisy places.

Review NaN of , from Melrose Park, IL, USA

Price Paid:  $30.00 from Best Buy

Summary:
I cannot recommend this product - or any of Sony's stylish headphones - at this time.

The Sony w.ear MDR-Q33LP/S earclip headphones are small and portable and quite comfortable for me to wear, but are disappointing in terms of sound quality. There is no low bass extension in these earclips - and somewhat harsh and raspy upper mids and lower treble, to boot. And no earclip-type headphones are as efficient as in-the-ear and traditional headband-type headphones with the same rated SPL.

In short, these headphones cost $30 - but are way overpriced for the sound quality that you get. I wouldn't pay more than about $15 for this CRAP.

Strengths:
Small size

Weaknesses:
Overpriced
