Review 2 of 6

Price Paid:  $220.00 from MediaMarkt

Summary:
See above. My old Sennheiser HD475 sound much better, but have the cord.

Strengths:
Comfort to wear. Comes with spare battery.

Weaknesses:
Sound is very compressed, it sounds like it's adj. the sound continuesly. Very annoying. The sound looses all details. The volume is very limited.

Review 3 of 6

Price Paid:  $240.00 from Tape Connection

Summary:
The difference in sound between these and my STAX SR-Sigma aren’t that great. But they do have an annoying habit of adjusting the volume (sounds like it) during play. Even if they do not have the sound quality of my STAX I find myself using them because it is so much easier (I am not confined to the couch as is the case with the STAX).

Strengths:
Portable, as in - no cord! Not bad sounding. (many portable are) Easy to use.

Weaknesses:
Occasional level adjustment. Price/sound quality

Similar Products Used:
None.

Review 5 of 6

Price Paid:  $300.00 from Tanguay

Summary:
I decide to buy this unit to replace another wired sennheiser model hd495 who suddenly lost one channel. It is still on the warranty but i was pretty tired to be attached on a wire. Generally the sound is quite accurate and precise with no hissing. High frequencies are transparent and the image proposed is very clear.

Strengths:
Light weight. Ease of use. Precision. Clear sound (better than my hd495) Best wireless!

Weaknesses:
Sound compression noticable when listening music with high dynamic range at high volume.

hd495
