Review NaN of

Price Paid:  $15.00 from Darty

Summary:
I really love this headphone because of the silicon stuf. It makes the noinses around me very quiet and doesn't make me feel like with the headphones that go into your hears, you know. Still the sound is not perfect. You have to appreciate a lot of bass to like this headphone. Very cheap for the result. I love it.

Strengths:
Basses
Confort

Weaknesses:
Sound not detailed

Review NaN of , from Yerevan

Price Paid:  $10.00 from ARAY

Summary:
I have used these headphones with different equipment(personal players Aiwa and Sony, Minisystem, PC...) during 1 week and came into conclusion that they are not enough good. Their look really impressive, but does not sound so. My old AiWA headphones are the really best of in ear headphones( i paid for them 13$ in 1999), and these new even worse, than headphones, supplied with AIWA personal players. The upper end is harsh and annoying and bass is not solid and dinamic at all. Even SONY MDR-E805 headphones sound better. Also some low cost headphones( made in China) are better. Why people, who made the best, doing so, i can not understand...

Strengths:
Look, but nothing else

Weaknesses:
They sound like some chip chinese headphones: up is harsh, bass is not solid

Review NaN of , from Montreal, Canada

Price Paid:  $9.00 from Broadway Computers

Summary:
I TRIED MANY HEADPHONES. THIS ONE IS THE BEST (HP-V165 IS THE SAME BUT WITH VOLUME REMOTE CONTROL). THE SOUND CAMES THE WAY I LIKE IT: POWER AND QUALITY AT THE SAME TIME. THE SILICONE IS JUST AN EXCELLENT PLUS FOR COMFORT. 6 TO 25,000 MhZ IS THE BEST YOU CAN GET IN THIS DAYS. TO ALL THIS ADD THE CHEAPEAST PRICE IN THE HEAPDHONE MARKET AND I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE ARE BUYING ANYTHING ELSE.

Strengths:
QUALITY, COMFORT, POWER, GOOD PRICE

Weaknesses:
NONE

Similar Products Used:
SONY (NOT AS GOOD AND 5 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE), PANASONIC, SANYO.

Review NaN of , from Saratoga

Price Paid:  $9.00 from Guang Hwa Market, Taipei

Summary:
I picked these up in Taiwan because they were recommended by my friend and were on sale for only 300 NT! Yes, that's right, 300 NT! :o) So WTH is 300 NT? I dunno, today it's about $9 US. For a pair of $9 headphones, these things are DAAAMN good. They were available in three flavors: black, blue, and silver. Yes, don't you love blue flavor? My neighbor used to have a orchard full of blues, they tasted great.
Anyway, they're also unique because they're cushioned by these silicon pads. Yeah, the rubbery stuff condoms are made of. No, not silicone, not like little fake breasts in your ears. Although these *are* very soft and comfortable. For those of you who whine about ear buds being uncofortable because you have to cram them in your ear and then they start jabbing your sensitive ear insides and shaping your inner ear all funky, this bud's for you.
I personally prefer the behind-the-neck style cord, so that's why I consider it a plus. So yeah... I haven't really seen these anywhere, and even in Taiwan, I've only seen them at the Gwang Hwa Market. That's the electronics market that's kinda like Nova at Taipei Main Station, but more ghetto, and they sell porn VCD's on the lower level. Get off at the ChungHsiao Tunhua station if you're taking the MRT. If you go to Taipei. WTH, just go to Taipei to buy these earbuds.
I'm no expert on audio, but for a casual listener, I can't imagine earbuds getting better than this at such an awesome value. I'd give 5.5, but the lack of orgasms has held me back. Oh, and the scale also only goes up to 5.

Strengths:
Nice bass and overall great audio quality. Very comfy cushy silicon earpads. Behind-the-neck style cord.

Weaknesses:
Does not offer protection in dark alleys.
