Price Paid:  $9.00 from Best Buy

Summary:
These are amongst the worst headphones I've ever purchased. I know that you can't expect much for this little money, but these headphones underperform other $10 headphones by a large margin.

First of all, the ear pads are thin and uncomfortable. The plastic in the drivers presses against your ear and makes wearing these uncomfortable for more than 15 minutes at a time. The plastic headband is adjustable, but the locking mechanism is flimsy and slips easily, causing the headphones to become much too large for your head.

The overall construction of the unit is questionable: after dropping the headphones on the floor, one of the earphone drivers popped out of place. After removing the ear pad, I was able to snap it back in, but it should not have happened in the first place.

The cable is unnecessarily short and precludes one from even reclining in a chair if plugged into a device at a desk. The cable is also two-sided, and therefore gets tangled easily.

The drivers are poor. They lack both bass and treble.

In short, these headphones were a step DOWN from the headphones included with my portable CD player. Don't buy them unless you have no other choice.

Strengths:
Inexpensive

Moscode 402Au OLT stereo power amplifier Review

George is adamant about the fact that the Moscode 402Au is not just a tube gain stage slapped onto a solid-state power amplifier; rather, it is a tube amplifier with a MOSFET output stage.

A new driver from Lowther is real news. A new five inch driver is even rarer news, so it was with great anticipation that I waited on this pair of speakers to arrive.

Aune Mini Headphone DAC User Review

The unit arrived from China well packed and everything seem to be in place. No external abuse by the carriers. The only problem was the power supply it came with. The box came with a cheap step-down converter.
