Casual Listener

Strength:

still works. has a pan control, plenty of headphone outputs (6)

Weakness:

no rca inputs. sloppy internal solder joints on wires. circuit board looks good though. not as much power as i would have liked. in general not really that well made. inputs are sterio & mono 1/4" jacks. The manual prefers casual slang to technical specifics. Requires a mixer to plug more than 2 mono channels. has 6 inputs, but they cannot mix because pluging a line in causes that channel to disconect that channel from the main mix. this is a poorly designed feature. the oz model has a switch, which is alot nicer, especially brcause the back isn't very accessable in a rack.

$80 us shipped. could have been designed alot better. should have went with the oz model with selector switches so i didn't have to buy a mixer, and could easily use individual signals on channels without disconnecting plugs. I would be extreamly disapointed if i had bought this new.
