I have not owned much hifi but have experienced and set up a lot of home and commercial gear. These are probably 8 yrs old now but wow do they deliver with some of the best; sound stage, punch and accuracy are fantastic..It's probably the closest I've been to actually being in industry standard level recording studios since I studied Audio Engineering.I would give 4.6 stars overall if there was the option.

I bought these second hand and was blown away with the imaging and sound stage. I barely use 5.1 any more as these do almost the same job but that's probably a sign to upgrade my rears =) The frequency response seems pretty true but took a few days to adjust to the highs after not having anything so punchy in that region before. I'm another who will probably be buying more Energy products.

sorry for my english i'm a ordenairy dutch guy whol bought his energy C7 second hand.
i've them in combination with a high end receiver (class a) and when i have visit in combination with bookshelter rear speaker from BNS with one of the first secret 3 way systems that works and believe me they are over 20 years old. BNS ia a dutch trademark who made several good hearing loudspeakers in the past. the speakers now a days are good to make combinations but not solo.
back to the energy C7 loudspeakers, they are really superior to all the others i know in the priceclass between $900 and at least $2000. very nice design, klipsh technology, sounds good in every range, when you want to use them in combination with woofer use a 60 herz crossoverfilter,
i'll never sell them, maybe i'll buy even more of energy-products. AT the momenth they are top of the bill for me.
i hope that i don't have to repair my C7 in the future, (that's the only negative aspect for the C7) because repairing is more difficult than other build standing loudspeakersystems.

This is a very nice speaker with great detailed sound to them. They're the smaller size of the C9's with no rear port. Very stylish and can handle the bottom end well. It has a very open sound stage to it. Highly recommend this as for two channel stereo or as mains for home theater system.

Bought these speakers over a year ago and they are still my favorite speakers of all time, I know they are a product of Klipsch and they are worth every penny I paid for them. I recomend these speakers very highly and would buy more Enery speakers in the future.
