This was the best picture quality we could find at a good price in a 37" TV without payin for a higher refresh rate. Unfortuantely the speakers sound is poor and will require updating the software which takes 7 to 10 days to receive. Purchasiing direct from a store you can count on for good customer service would be a good idea because Toshiba's direct customer service is not the best.
