Summary:
What a pile of junk! Things move along as expected,
with the player working well for about 10 months.
Then, the CD player refuses to read any disc.
I get a NO DISC error message. I've cleaned the
player multiple times, scoured the Sony website for
any information, and emailed customer support
numerous occasions (they have yet to respond
a month after my first email). A new CD player from
a reputable company should not quit working after
a mere 10 months. Then again, if Sony was a
reputable company, I would have expected some
sort of response from them concerning my problem.

Strengths:
It is shiny black.

Weaknesses:
It doesn't work.
