I like it. I bought this a long time ago, mostly because I don't like listening to DJs and commercials on the radio... I can load this baby up with a bunch of good CDs and just hit the randomize button - done. I have a large (1500+) collection of CDs and have been trying to use the NetNamer software to create an inventory. I started trying to do this about...2 years ago? The software is so buggy and clumsy that it is almost useless. I finally got it working recently and have realized that the disc information stored in the files is just the song title and disk name - not the artist. So I have to ask - why wouldn't you dump everything if you were going to create the download functionality??? Comes with an IR keyboard and small remote - I don't really use either one. Entering your CD information by hand isn't really an option if you are changing bunches of CDs regularly.
