Bottom Line: I own this compact disc player since 1983, it still works perfectly and is the best CD player I have ever purchased and listened to. It is my first one.
I use it several hours almost each day for more than 28 years now !
Sound is extraordinary compared to recent and high end players, beats them all.
Very good dynamic range, doesn't sound "digital" nor cold nor too hot nor too analytic, perfectly balanced, goes down very low around 20 hz , tremendous & VERY powerful sound but not aggressive, high freq sound nicely but not too brilliant, just perfect, same thing for medium range.
You get the impression that the bands are actually playing in your room.
Very good looking, slim, silver. All made of metal, very heavy & sturdy.
It was very expensive. (10 000 francs in France back in 1983).
The best CD player in the world !
