Summary:
This single CD player is not widely available, but if you can find one, snatch it up! Great detail, smooth (as opposed to harsh) acoustics, and good ergonomics make it a great piece. It comes with a remote, an aluminum faceplate, a display that can be switched on and off, and the various programming capabilities that you would expect from any CD player. Leaps and bounds above any mass market piece.
