Summary:
This product has known defects, though the factory seems to be unable to admit it, the sound quality goes bad and the unit must be replaced. The memory chip is not capable of doing the job (according to one source) and though one deck on it will sound just fine, the other one will sound worse than a distant AM radio station in sound quality. I'm on my third one and the factory is about to say that I am doing something with it when I am not. I just bought this thing about a month ago. Other outlet sources have also indicated that this device has known problems. Strengths:
It has a nice look and feel to it, very simple and user friendly. Customer Service hasn't been bad

Weaknesses:
Breaks down and goes bad. no one wants to admit to it's weakness or the exact reason why it was pulled off the regular market and discontinued.
