This is actually a review for the Granite 657 tube cd player. Stunningly analogue sounding. I have tried many cd players and transport / dac combos and untill the 657 finding a cd player even remotely sounding like a good turntable seemed hopeless. With the Granite 657 listener fatigue is gone replaced by a relaxed sound yet the dynamics are astounding. As close to 3 D as digital gets. Solidly built and backed by Don Hogland and Granite Audio. I also owned a Granite Audio 650 which is basically the 657 minus tube stage. If you can demo these products don't hesitate. You may never look for another player. A recommended cure for cd audionervosa.
