Bottom Line: Unbelievable build quality, silent opening and closing of CD-tray mechanism, heavy as a tank and beautiful to look at as it's in champagne gold, they don't make it like this anymore for other makes, well Marantz used to do, but not anymore.
The sound is to die for, easily the finest and best one box CDP Accuphase has made, and on par with other top notch CDP in the world, even six years out. I'd love to see a head to head match between this CDP and the feted others like Wadia 861, Reimyo, Esoteric X-01, X-03. Love it.
