Bottom Line:
This player is a decent player, for thoose having owned a typical NAD or Yamaha like standard player.

But it costs sooooo much!

There are so many other players who do a better job for the same amount of money or even less:

quad,yamaha,nad,lyngdorf are just a few.

I traded in my lyngdorf cd1 for this.

BIG MISTAKE!

I lost so much accuracy and timming and only gained a tiny bit more depth and analog sound.
I read reviews on many sites and decided, okay I´ll chance it.

The big problem is that, it is just so boring and inaccurate it almost makes you want to cry in frustration because it actually plays some parts of the music quite well.
The sound is still like mp3 upsampled into 320bps played on good speakers.
That is why i hate it, it´s just not true analog, instruments are fake and synthesized and piano sounds like a roland keyboard playing it.

I guess if you where a normal guy who only had his first cd player 20 years ago, this would probably impress you.
I am used to Mcintosh quality cd player and therefore this thing isn´t just bad, it´s disgusting!

(it´s digital sound trying to sound analog)

Lyngdorf, nad, gamut and audio flight are a lot better at doing this!
