Bottom Line:
I do not believe in writing reviews after 2 days use, so after 8 months it's time.

Balanced and very neutral cable. High end all the way. It quite basically takes the speaker cable out of the link of transporting the music from your player to your speakers. Transparent is the word.

They do not add nor subtract to music but openess is very appropriate. I have been victim to several cables which have manipulated my equipement, this is the first to let me hear it as it should be heard. The energy relayed was tingling me.

I use Arcam fmj with fmj cd player, nordost red dawn inters and Kef 104.2. Bass weight was solid but high mids really opened up as well as the tecture to the rest of the highs. Basically the entire sound spectrum is heard balanced open and clear.

These cables are a wonder. Just get them if you can to really hear your equipement.

Bottom Line:
The most neutral speaker and interconnect cables I have ever used. Very similiar to PS Audio lab cable in transparency, dynamics and bass. Top end airy and liquid.Adds or sutracts nothing from equipment.

Bottom Line:
This cable is not for everyone. If you are looking to add some Yin or Yang to your system by way of your cables then this will not help. If you think that you can improve the sound coming out of your source components by your choice of cables then this will not help. This cable is about not adding or subtracting anything, it is just about carrying the music signal onto the next component.

Personally, if your components/room combination add up to some problem such as;
- too forward
- too laid-back
- lack of dynamics
- rolled off highs or lows
- too bright
- bass hump or suck-out
then looking to fix this by adding coloured cables to the mix is too fail to understand that distortion of the music signal is not just a frequency anomoly that can be fixed by tone controls. If your room is a problem then treat the room. If your CD player is inherently bright then replace it - adding a warm cable, amp or speaker does not cause countervailing distortion - it just adds to the problem. Two wrongs do not make a right. Sweet and Sour Chicken does not taste like unflavoured chicken no matter to how much you try to balance the sweetness with just the right amount of sourness. But many people presumably prefer the sonic equivalent of Sweet and Sour Chicken - otherwise why would so many coloured cables exist in the market.

So having implied they do not have a sound, how can I describe the sound of these cables? Neutral, extended at both the top and bottom, with natural dynamics - both macro and micro. Bass: Firm, articulate, not overly dry, and not too much purr, excellent rhythmically. Mids: Not grainy, not overly liquid, highly revealing of the detailed textures of vocals and instruments, no added romance, no forwardness, voices and instruments just sound right. Highs: Not sweetened or smoothed, not dry, not grainy, not bright, very detailed and extended, not smeered.

From my experience, this cable adds and subtracts less than anything I have heard. If you can fault it then it would only be in terms of outright resolution and transparency - BUT it has more resolution and transparency than anything I have heard in its price range - mainly because it has eliminated colourations. I would hasten to add that I have not heard everything out there, and I am restricted by only having two systems to try it in. But ever since I found this cable, I have found that it is just the components and the music that do the talking, which means I am not about to try any more cables - except perhaps the Silver Eclipse and Gold Eclipse, one day.
