Very Good cable, used for all my speakers, Would recommended to any one to try out, you will love the cable. Good sounds. Great cable made for the every day person who wants a cheaper cable but with little loss in sound quality.

Strengths:
Cheap, any one can afford this cable.

Weaknesses:
None.

Review 2 of 9

Price Paid:  $200.00 from Audio Images

Summary:
Very detailed, tight dynamic and deep bass, but the extreme upper register rolls off. The cables are very laid back and lean. The are hard to mate with interconnects, electronics, and speakers. I've used them with solid state and tubes to no avail. I keep wnting to believe that they will satisfy me, but in the end I'm dissatisfied. I've mated with Audio Quest, Kimber, and Dynamic Design and can't get a good fit. They have good qualities but it is very difficult to get synergy.

Review 3 of 9

Price Paid:  $249.00 from richer sounds

Summary:
NAD T741 Av reciever bought if for 249 on a scoop price from 449. Excellent clean sounding amp.Unfortunately for me I'm using it with old JVC speakers for mains and newer smaller kenwoods for rears but I know the potential for greatness my amp has i have clean sound with mild bass. And a subwoofer is not an option at the moment,Im thinking of KEF Q1s for mains as I listen to music more of all types. One of the cleanest av amps i ever heard and powerful too

Strengths:
3 Digital inputs 2 coax,1 optical,DTS,Dolby Digital

Weaknesses:
lack of control of Dolby Digital and DTS switching..but not a major grumble

Similar Products Used:
sony surround amp...early marantz amp and a sansui 300 watt amp all drove my JVCs

Review 4 of 9

Price Paid:  $80.00 from QUINNS AUDIO SWANSEA

Summary:
MY SYSTEM CONSISTS OF MUSICAL FIDELITY X-A50S, MF X-PRE, MF X-PSU, MF X-24K DAC, RUARK PRELUDE RS,AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT A 10 YEAR OLD TECHNICS CD PLAYER I AM USING AS A TRANSPORT! SOUNDS DAFT BUT YOU SHOULD SEE THE PLAYER. ITS SUPERB.ANYWAY INTERCONNECTS ARE QED SILVER SPIRAL FROM DAC TO PRE, MYRYAD ANDROMEDA FROM PRE TO BOTH POWERS, VDH OPTOCOUPLER FROM CD TO DAC. OF ALL THE CABLES TRIED QED CAME ON TOP BECAUSE ALL THE OTHERS PRODUCED TOO MUCH BOOMY BASS. MY WALLS ARE SOLID, ROOM ABOUT 5m - 4m, AND EVERY CABLE SOUNDED AWFUL. TRIED RE POSITIONING SPEAKERS, SWAPPING OVER INTERCONNECTS NOTHING WORKED. ONLY WHEN I WIRED UP THE PROFILE SILVER 12 DID THE SOUND CHANGE AND IMPROVE. IT SOFTENED AND CONTROLLED THE BASS FAR BETTER THAN THE OTHERS AND THE MIDRANGE WAS CLEARER, SWEETER, MORE SPACIOUS. TREBLE WAS SWEET BUT NOT BRIGHT. SOME MAGAZINES SAY ITS A LITTLE TAME FOR ROCK MUSIC, MAYBE BUT IN MY ROOM AND SYSTEM THEY SOUND SUPERB. ALL MY FRIENDS AGREE.

Strengths:
FANTASTIC MIDRANGE AND TREBLE SWEETNESS, CONTROLLED BUT SOFT BASS WHICH IS WHY I PREFERRED THEM

Weaknesses:
NONE IN MY SYSTEM OR ROOM

Similar Products Used:
NORDOST FLATLINE, CABLE TALK 3.1 BI WIRE, QED SILVER ANN BI WIRE, VDH CS122 ( 2 RUNS )

Marantz MA-9S2 Reference Series Power Amplifiers Review

Marantz MA-9S2 Power AmplifierThe list above has one tenet that I continue to hold true: high powered amplifiers are necessary to reproduce the full dynamic range of music with most speakers. This became apparent when I changed from the 100 Watt per channel Bella Extreme 100 to the 250 Watt.....

Aune Mini Headphone DAC User Review

The unit arrived from China well packed and everything seem to be in place. No external abuse by the carriers. The only problem was the power supply it came with. The box came with a cheap step-down converter.
