Review 1 of 1

Summary:
I only had a chance to audition the Dominus for about a month. When used everywhere in the system it is simply incredible. I never thought my system could attain this level of performance but it did with these cables. The sound is about as real as you can get with inner detail that was not even noticable before. The bass was at least an octave deeper and mids and highs were as real sounding as I have ever heard them. If you can afford this cable definately go for it. Unfortunately I just couldn't afford it; I hated to take it out of my system and go back to my old cables. If you've never heard the Dominus you should give it a try; it will amaze you!

Strengths:
The best there is when used in a system where all the cables (speaker, interconnect, power cable and digital) are Dominus. Nothing else approachs it.

Weaknesses:
Way too expensive. Is not very flexible because of it's size.

Similar Products Used:

Magnepan Magneplanar MG 1.6 User Review

In my judgment the advantage of the MG 1.6 (and other Magneplars), stems from the following: = It is a full-range dipole, and = It has uses low-mass, planar drivers for the whole audio spectrum. These attributes account for its extraordinary clarity, coherence, “air”...
