Bottom Line:
Well, first off i just want to say that the only reason i bought these cables is because i wanted to try some more stuff and the regular price was $50 some odd dollars and they were on sale for 18 bucks a brand new 20' pair, cant beat that. Got them home,Cut off the pins on my speakers end because they have binding posts. And because they are very small and cheap, can bottle neck the signal, imagine the 12 gauge going to this small little pin. You get the ideal. Put on some heavy duty bannanas. Compared to the RS meagacable they were much more open and have more bass slam. And they were cheaper cuz i got em on sale. Now, for all of you expecting some Kimber Kable 8tc sound/performace. for this price, dream on... I will be upgrading speaker cables in a few weeks after i get my new amp. I am thinking of audioquest type 4 10' pair terminated with spades. for 79.00 at audioadvisor, i have heard many good things about that. But if your on a budget and just want something that will get the job done with some authority. I would reccomend these. But do way with the pins, for your own sake.

Bottom Line:
This cable sounds great & is a breeze to create what you need since premade lengths can get pricy. The next Monster spooled cable is the 1.2 then the 2.2 which are expensive (1.2)$5.00 per & way up from there. the 2.2 is good for short lengths but looks like an anaconda in tight spaces. The tools you'll need: A standard awg wire splicer, razor knife, Cable cutter & Cable crimper(heavy duty) all available at the shack.
The bare wire screw-ons are great for use with speaker switchers such as Adcom..etc. The cable being Navajo white is good if you have white woodwork & wall to wall carpeting like Us suburban dwellers. The cable is very flexible & the outer jacket is easily removable. A DIY No Brainer & good to Boot.
