Review NaN of , from Chicago

Price Paid:  $30.00 from Amtech Recording Equ

Summary:
Spent 350 bucks on these guys for my studio, I was going to be pissed if it sounded like krap. Ive tried ALOT of different interconnects and these actually blew the rest away! I actually ran a 10hz to 20Khz sweep through the old interconnects and the same through the Monster Cables, looks like i adjusted the EQ! Made that much of a difference, for the better! :-)

Strengths:
Inproved Lows, mids, and highs! cleared up some of my slopy mids too!

Built pretty well.

Weaknesses:
Had to squeeze the connector ends with a pair of pliers to fit tightly on a few of my compoents.

Review NaN of

Price Paid:  $30.00 from Good Guys

Summary:
If you are looking to experiment with analog interconnects stay away from this one. Like most Monster Cable it colors the sound; bass is muddy, sound stage is not in focus, dynamics are reduced, and overall tonal balance is minimized. If you are going to spend $40.00 on an interconnect, try MIT or Audioquest. Do not go along with the Monster Cable hype.

Strengths:
Decent build quality, that's about it.

Weaknesses:
Sound deterioration.

Similar Products Used:
MIT Terminator, Audioquest Sidewinder
