Review 1 of 3

Price Paid:  $150.00 from Internet

Summary:
I never believed that changing power cords would improve the sound of a component but I was proven wrong. I first read a review about adding a LAT power cord to my Audiolab amp and I did. It made a slight difference. I then tried my cousin''s Blue Circle BC-62 cord and wow. Though double the price of a LAT cord, it definitely makes a much bigger impression. It made the sound of my amp, fuller and smoother. You could really tell the difference when going back to the stock cord. We even compared 3 more expensive cords on his Mark Levinson amp and the Blue Circle beat them hands down.

Strengths:
Price, build quality and sound improvement.

Weaknesses:
None.

Similar Products Used:
LAT power cord.

Review 2 of 3

Summary:
Excellent value for Canadian audiophile, for the price highly recommended, there is no other. I used it to replace the Zord II, blows away the MIT. I recently replaced all my power cord. The greatest improvement came from the Synergistic to the DAC and the BC 62 to the Melos.

Like to try the Black Mamba out.

Strengths:
Transparent, smooth and extended highs, very flexible.

Weaknesses:
None so far

Similar Products Used:
Synergistic Research, Harmonic Tech., Cardas, MIT Zord II

Review 3 of 3

Summary:
Enter a new challenger into the lists and at a price that demandsan audition. I have now auditioned two different Electraglides ($600 and $1200)
and one Nordost ($600), and found all three a dramatic improvement over
the cords supplied with my Naim cd player, Blue Circle preamp, and Plinius
amplifier. I have now tried the Blue Circle B 62 and while it's not quite up to the higher priced spread(s), it too is a marked improvement over the stock
cord. I find it hard to imagine that manufacturers couldn't do at least this well without losing their precious price points behind. The B 62 does the usual things we are coming to demand: lowering noise floor, letting more low level information through. The more you spend, the better the bass seems to be
be; apparently that's what the money costs. So if you're still an unbeliever and don't want to risk falling in love with a cord you can't afford, the B 62's a
fine place to start. Gilbert Yeung doesn't want to clean you out, just do
you a reasonable and cost-effective good turn. I am not insulting this cord
by giving it three stars. A stock cord is worth one star. A $1200 Electraglide is worth five stars. So three stars for $220 is one hell of a bargain, don't you think?

Moscode 402Au OLT stereo power amplifier Review

George is adamant about the fact that the Moscode 402Au is not just a tube gain stage slapped onto a solid-state power amplifier; rather, it is a tube amplifier with a MOSFET output stage.

Aune Mini Headphone DAC User Review

The unit arrived from China well packed and everything seem to be in place. No external abuse by the carriers. The only problem was the power supply it came with. The box came with a cheap step-down converter.
