Ideal for dorm rooms, parties, and outdoor picnics, the GPX BCD2805 boombox packs a nice array of features into an affordable package. As with many of GPX's stereo systems, simplicity is the hallmark here. The top of the boombox--which is equipped with a CD player, cassette deck, and AM/FM tuner--features six cassette buttons in the center alongside CD and radio controls on either side. Once users load a CD or CD-R into the top tray, they can take advantage of the track programming, repeat play, and song skip/search features. Listeners can also monitor basic CD track information through the two-digit LED display.
