Review 2 of 3 Summary: If you are looking for a good value in turntables this is it folks. Excellent sonics, good vibration absorption. The tonearm is a versatile guy, works with a good variety of cartridges. Also plays 78s, which is a plus (I inherited a decent collection of them incidentally).
It also looks really sexy.
Frankly I think it's one of the best pieces of audio equipment I've ever bought. I will never need another turntable. I would need to go super high end with my other gear to max this puppy out. Strengths: Outstanding value. Great sound, stability, design, you name it. Very attractive and unobstrusive. Plays at 78 RPMs too! Weaknesses: Not designed to be used with third party tonearms, although I imagine if you want you can mount your own easily. Similar Products Used: I compared this back to back with the Summiko Project series and the NAD 533. This totally blew them away and was easily worth the extra money.
