Price Paid:  $120.00 from richer sounds

Summary:
ease of use, very good , but the rest , forget it. audiophile quality, are you deaf?the platter is made of tin foil, eccentric and warped. mounted to a plastic driver. the disc is only supported at the edge, lightweight and flimsy, and sounds the same. has all the depth and integrity of a house fly, and should be swatted just the same. does not do justice to my thirty year old Marantz deck. it is relatively rumble free only because it cannot follow any bass line, or any frequencies below 1000hz. the dual cartridge performs a whole lot better mounted to my old deck, wether this is down to the flimsy deck or the microscopic cable the signal has to force it's way down is anyboby's guess.
sorry but this really does not make it at any price. where did all those transients go, the little echoes, the ring on cymbals, it sounds like a plastic alba.

Strengths:
dead easy to use, and no set-up, on account of non available. auto start and finnish.

Weaknesses:
can't change pick-up without knowing the exact weight of this one, non adjustable. if you want bass then you'll need controls to do it. my valve amp doesn't have any. really doesn't match the sales pitch.

Similar Products Used:
nothing this flimsy.
