Review 1 of 1

Price Paid:  $220.00 from eBay UK

Summary:
A good entry level turntable, I've gotten a long fine with it and I'm starting to get club gigs so it can't be all bad! Everything's typically average, but it's quite good for the price considering the alternatives... tone arm holds up well enough, platter has just enough torque, etc etc. Do not buy if... * You are only going to beatjuggle or scratch * You can already mix

Strengths:
Good Value for Money Solid Feel

Weaknesses:
Shakey Tonearm Low Torque Platter doesn't feel as solid as it could

Magnepan Magneplanar MG 1.6 User Review

In my judgment the advantage of the MG 1.6 (and other Magneplars), stems from the following: = It is a full-range dipole, and = It has uses low-mass, planar drivers for the whole audio spectrum. These attributes account for its extraordinary clarity, coherence, “air”...
