Summary:
My warranty gave me this after I had issues with my Harman/kardon AVR-240. This is a great sounding receiver with a clean full sound that is on the warm side. 4 HDMI 1.3a inputs is great. The Audyssey Dynamic EQ sounds great.but the Dynamic Volume doesn't seem to do much with TV commercials. I never had much problem in the first place with commercials being too loud. I did not like Neural Sound. It only works with PCM. It sounded too processed and all center channel. The remote seems nice but once you start to use it you find that many of the buttons you want to use are on the back under a flimzy door that I broke the first time I opened it. Tho OSD is one of the worst ever to navigate and looks very 1980.

Strengths:
Great sound with lots of real power.
4 HDMI 1.3a inputs.
All the newest from DTS and Dolby.

Weaknesses:
The remote could use a makeover.
The OSD is the worst ever.
