Strength:

Fantastic transparency, dynamics, detail and musicality. Very involving and engaging to listen to

Weakness:

Apart from the price, none

Awesome!

Has an uncanny ability to be very revealing, yet also kind to less than perfect source material..eg my freeview TV box sounds fantastic through it.

There is an initial impression of understatement, yet further listening reveals that in reality it is the effortlessness that makes listening relaxing, effortless yet thrilling at the same time

Very transparent with wide open soundstage, very good depth , ambience and seperation. And also very neutral (to my ears)

Of course, in true Naim tradition, timing and dynamics are superb

This must surely be the best product Naim have ever made, and must be a contender for best preamp in the world

By the way, the Naim Hiline is must - have accessory with the 552..it matches it perfectly

Can it get any better than this??

Customer Service

Naim backup is second to none
