Cyrus acA7 Pre-amp
I've teamed up the acA7 with two of the Cyrus apA7 mono-blocks, and the result is fantastic.
It's an open, clear sound, full of dynamics, full of detail.
It's pacey when it should be, and adapts well to all types of music, from classical to jazz to rock and dance.
Take care with the choice of source, as anything that's too sharp will be accurately relayed to your speakers, and that could be a painful experience.
To improve things even further, add a PSX-R power supply, and listen to the bass fill out, and the soundstage open out even further. It's worth every penny to upgrade, and installation is just one connection.
Cyrus should be congratulated for this modularity, it makes the highest quality of hi-fi approachable and achievable, in a quality British made product. Strengths:
