Summary:
What can I say? It's transparent. Not much design went into this product. In fact, it is exactly the pre-amp from Aronov's integrated amp. The problem is Aronov didn't even bother to move around the components and make the box smaller. That's pretty cheap for a product in this price range. There's a lot of dead space in this box. The build quality is also only so-so.

The sound? It's transparent, but not terribly detailed comparted to the other pre-amps I've audtioned.

The mark up on this unit is astronomical...

Nuff said.

Loose, light pots; no guts; weak bass
