Summary:
My setero set list: Speak cable:V.D.H. Maganum bi-wire Balance cable between Pre-power amp:V.D.H. The Second Digital cable: Accuphase digital cable. Power amp: Accuphase P-1000 Pre amp: Accuphse DC-330 CD player: NAD 502(will be upgraded to Accuphase DP-85 soon) Local verder's Power cleaner. This one is total digital preamp. It means that it can support digital signal to translate to analog signal by enabled DAC chips. It's amazing when I used E-407 as pre-amp and upgraded to this one. I realized that the DAC is also a important factor to effect sond quality. Let me summary: Power -amp: Effect thrusting ability at speakers and sound quality and frequency response. Pre-amp: Effect sound quality and frequency response. DAC:Effect sound quality and frequency response. turn-table:Jitter effect. The effect of this product is the same as upgrading a pre-amp and a DAC at same time. and sound frequency will not be effected by CD-turntable. Now, I realy understand that the digital domain have better noise resistance than analog from colleague text book.

Strengths:
Good. May be need to compare with C-290V But I thing it's difficule. Too much effacts can be compared.

Weaknesses:
1.Can not show what is currently DAC working frequency, like 192k,96k,44.1K and SACD format signal. 2.It's just a beginning. After used this, you will want to buy other Accuphase digital domain products, like EQ box,Frequency dividing box......You can not resist the all digital domain stereo set's attractive power.
