Product Description

The new V-Series has no expensive metalwork, no brushed aluminium facia and minimal packaging - just very high quality electronics at very affordable prices. By concentrating solely on performance, rather than 'bling', Musical fidelity has succeeded in producing the most worthwhile and affordable upgrades available to enthusiasts.
The V-LPS is a very high performance MM/MC phono stage. With virtually perfect RIAA correction (+0.3dB 20Hz - 20kHz), extremely low distortion, wide overload margin and very low noise. This is achieved by putting the kW Series phonostage circuitry into a package which is extremely economical.

The V-LPS phonostage is for both Moving Coil and Moving Magnet cartridges. It offers exemplary RIAA equalisation, extremley low noise, very low distortion and excellent overload margin. Connected to any turntable, it greatly improves musical accuracy and performance.

Bottom Line:
I have been using this unit for over 1 year, and it is outstanding. I have a $30,000 stereo system at my big house, but recently bought a smaller place in a more urban area for better access to golf and medical services. In the big system I have an Audio Research PH-5 phono stage, which cost $2000. It is excellent.
In my new system at the smaller place, I amusing this MF phono stage, and the difference is very slight. I am using Music Hall turntables and Benz cartridges in both systems; about $2000 worth in each system.
This unit is simply amazing for the price; an outstanding performer.
